The Œnologues de France offer trainings especially for oenological laboratories. Our trainings are elaborated and animated by experts known in their skills area, with the following pedagogy:

• A pre-training questionnaire to best target the expectations of each participant
• Reduced sessions to improve exchanges between the trainer and the participants
• A theoretical approach based on the expertise and experience of the trainer
• An implementation based on the field problems encountered by the participants
